Ever wondered how your clothes can have the wetness sucked out of them after they are put into the washer? When they take clothes out of the washing machine, those clothes are the ones inside filled with water. This drying occurs due to evaporation. This is when the liquid water becomes a gas known as water vapor. This is the exact process that a vibratory fluidized bed dryer uses to aid fast, effective drying of materials.
This unique dryer has a large container like a big bowl. Within this bowl, we could place moist things, take for instance grains or seeds we wish to dry out. There is also air that flows through the dryer, and this air receives heat up to a warm temperature. This warm air allows all of the wet items in that container to Give up water vapor.
