A spheronizer is a unique mechanical device that employs singularly designed parts well suited to transport material. Well, think of it as a long-than-a-foot wide tube that has this screw-shaped device inside it. The screw rotates and moves the materials (typically powders and granules) in a forward direction along the tube. And all those without a spill or anything of that sort. These conveyor belts are availabe in DOINGMACHINE and for us they work greatly when we have fragile materials that need to be conveyed in unbroken conditions.
One the greatest aspects of a flexible screw conveyor is its ease-of-use. It has very few moving parts, which makes it incredibly easy to use. Which means that workers save a lot of time trying to learn how to use it. That means they can concentrate on handling materials, instead. Another great thing about it is that these conveyors are capable of transporting the materials both ways. This is useful for DOINGMACHINE when we need to flip the orientation of the materials we are manipulating in a matter of seconds.
We also enjoy using extruder spheronizers because they are economical. What we mean by affordable is that they are inexpensive to purchase and maintain. That makes them ideal for DOINGMACHINE, especially during a time when we need avoid spending money. Moreover, flexible screw conveyors can be converted or modified for fitting in various locations. That means we can deploy them into various areas of our facility and use them for a multitude of different materials.
So, how does a flexible screw conveyor operate? It's based on a screw spiral that is inside a tube. As the screw rotates, it moves the materials through the length of a conveyor. It works kind of like a slide for materials — as the screw spins, it carries the materials up through the tube until they reach wherever they need to go. In DOINGMACHINE, we can drive the conveyor by an electric motor or other sources of energy basedon on our needs at the moment.
When using the flexible screw conveyor, we will first place our material in a container, or hopper, located at the top of the conveyor. When everything is ready and the system powered, the spiral screw starts to rotate. It spins, and as it does, it makes progress moving the material down the pipe. It is a slow, soft and gentle action that avoids damaging the materials. All the extra material that can not be accommodated in the tube is collected at its bottom to avoid spills.
Having to reduce the manual labor assists in making time to manage other parts of our business. We can also focus on improving the quality of our products or even creating different products to not only satisfy our customers. DOINGMACHINE uses this flexible screw conveyor, which improves our production process and helps us produce larger quantities of work in a shorter time. An efficient strategy for getting our job done.
Second, the load capacity of the conveyed conveyor. That means we have to ensure that the volume of materials carries by the conveyor. The conveyor that DOINGMACHINE select must be able to keep up with our production, especially needed as noted above. We must also consider how the convenience of that automation will fit into our available space for conveyor installation. It should snugly fit, but not be obnoxiously taking space. Lastly, we have to inspect which type of power source is available for operating the conveyor, as it will impact the functioning.
